NSW: Truck driver killed instantly by XPT train

A 46-year-old man has died when his truck was hit by an XPT train in southwestern New
South Wales.

According to a police spokesman the XPT was en route from Melbourne to Sydney when
it hit the truck at the Burns Road crossing at Bomen, five kms north of Wagga about 1.30pm
