Vic: Libs to meet next Tuesday, Napthine confident
Victorian Opposition Leader DENIS NAPTHINE has called a meeting of the parliamentaryLiberal Party for next Tuesday to deal with the leadership issue.
ROBERT DOYLE, whom Dr NAPTHINE sacked as opposition health spokesman for disloyaltyyesterday, has announced he'll challenge Dr NAPTHINE for the leadership.
Dr NAPTHINE says he's confident he has the support of the majority of Liberal partyMPs to remain leader.
The meeting will be held at 10.30am next Tuesday.
